Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all original accessories and contents.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care, beauty and skincare products may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used or tampered with.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopsovoo.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund or suitable resolution where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final sale items, where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard returns process.
